Joe Fernandez

Joe Fernandez served in the US Army from 1992–1996 before starting his career in the Oil & Gas Industry with Weatherford Enterra, focusing on inventory management, supply chain, and field services. He later held key roles at GE Gemini and Universal Compression, managing supply chain operations across North America and Asia-Pacific. Transitioning to sales at Holt Cat, he completed their training program and went on to hold leadership roles at M & J Valve Services, eventually becoming VP of Sales. For the past five years, he has been a Senior Account Executive at K & R Operating, recently earning recognition as 2024’s Top Salesman.

Tim Moses

Tim Moses began his career in the Oil & Gas industry in 1993 as a Field Technician with Energy Industries – HOLT CAT, where he assembled natural gas compressor packages and maintained over 20 field units. With hands-on expertise in Caterpillar, Waukesha, Gemini, Ajax, and White engines—as well as Ariel, Frick, and Atlas Copco compressors—he quickly earned a reputation for technical excellence and field reliability.

Since 2014, Tim has been the Owner of Coastline Compression, LLC where he continues to lead with a focus on quality service, operational efficiency, and safety. With over 30 years of industry experience, Tim brings proven leadership and deep technical expertise to every challenge.

Logan Moses

Logan Moses brings a unique blend of field experience and business development expertise to Coastline Industries. He spent over a decade working alongside his father in the natural gas compression sector, gaining deep operational insight. His seven years as a nurse sharpened his skills in critical thinking, safety, and risk management—key strengths in oil and gas environments. For the past three years, Logan has focused on business development, building strategic partnerships and guiding clients through complex projects. His diverse background makes him a versatile and trusted leader.
